Crius vs Dune for Robinhood Chain
Dune and Crius solve different problems. Dune is a SQL warehouse: write queries over Robinhood Chain's raw and decoded tables, build dashboards and exports. Crius is an application API: low-latency REST and WebSocket endpoints for prices, trades, holders and launchpads.
Checked against Dune's public documentation in October 2026. Sources are listed below.
What Dune offers on Robinhood Chain
- Dune indexes Robinhood Chain under the
robinhoodschema, with raw tables (blocks, transactions, logs, traces, creation_traces), decoded contract tables and standard token event tables (erc20_robinhood.evt_*,erc721_robinhood.evt_*). - Data is queryable with SQL, visualised in dashboards and exportable from the platform.

|---|---|---|
| Access | Yes REST + WebSocket, one chain-specific schema | Yes SQL, dashboards, exports |
| Real-time delivery | Yes WebSocket channels per token, pool, wallet, launches, new pools | No Warehouse queries, not push streams |
| History depth | Yes From block 0 | Yes Raw and decoded tables |
| Decoded DEX trades | Yes With real-trader attribution, tax, finality | Partly From decoded tables in your SQL |
| OHLCV candles | Yes 1s to 1d, spike-filtered | Partly Aggregate in SQL |
| Token holders | Yes Live, snapshots at any block, cohorts, history | Partly Build from transfer events in SQL |
| Launchpads (Pons, Flap.sh…) | Yes Pons, Flap.sh, Bankr, Long.xyz, King of the Markets | Partly Decoded tables if contracts are decoded |
| Uniswap v4 hooks | Yes Decoded permissions and risk flags | Partly Decoded events in SQL |
| Honeypot / tax checks | Yes Realized + simulated tax, honeypot verdict | No Not provided |
| Wallet PnL | Yes Realized/unrealized PnL, top traders | Partly Compute in SQL |
| RPC / send transactions | No Read API only; pair with an RPC provider to write | No No |
| Free access | Yes Free plan: 1M credits/month, no card; keyless core calls | Not verified Free tier exists on Dune; limits not verified |
Choose Dune if…
- You're doing research, one-off analysis or dashboards, and know SQL.
- You need arbitrary joins across raw chain data.
Choose Crius if…
- You're building an application that needs answers in milliseconds, or pushed in real time.
- You want ready-made endpoints (holders at a block, PnL, honeypot checks) instead of maintaining SQL.
Using both is common: an RPC or multi-chain provider for writes and other chains, Crius for Robinhood Chain market data.
Crius vs Dune: questions
Can I use Dune data in my app?
Dune is designed for analysis and dashboards; check Dune's current API terms for programmatic use. For low-latency app data and streams, an application API such as Crius is the better fit.
Is Crius data the same as Dune's?
Both come from the same chain. Dune exposes tables for you to query; Crius exposes decoded, joined results (and live streams) as API endpoints.
