Refund Policy

Summary

Plans are paid on-chain and are final once confirmed. We don't refund time you've used, but we fix billing mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged in error, tell us within 7 days and we'll send it back. The Free plan runs on the same data and infrastructure as the paid plans, so you can try the API before you pay.

When we refund

  • Duplicate payments: you paid twice for the same period by mistake.
  • Billing errors: you were charged an amount different from the price shown, or a plan wasn't applied to your account after a confirmed payment and we can't fix it.
  • Service discontinued: if we shut down the service, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Refunds go back to the wallet that paid, in the token you paid with, for the amount we received.

When we don't

  • Time already used, unused credits, or a period you decide not to use.
  • Accounts closed for breaking the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Network fees, or price changes of the token you paid with after the payment.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the payment.

How to ask

Write to support@crius.sh from the email on your account within 7 days of the payment, with the transaction hash and what went wrong. We'll check it on-chain and reply, usually within a few business days.

Auto-renew and cancelling

Auto-renew is optional and charges only within the maximum amount you approved on-chain. You can turn it off any time from the dashboard or directly on the payment contract; your current period keeps running until it ends.

Plan changes

When you change plans, the unused time of your current plan is converted into time on the new plan, so nothing paid is lost. Downgrades take effect the same way.
