Crius vs Alchemy for Robinhood Chain

Alchemy is the infrastructure layer: Robinhood Chain JSON-RPC and WebSocket endpoints plus Token, Transfers, Prices and Webhooks APIs. Crius is a market-data layer on top of the chain: decoded trades, candles, holders, launchpads and security. Many apps use both: Alchemy to send transactions, Crius to read market data.

Checked against Alchemy's public documentation in October 2026. Sources are listed below.

What Alchemy offers on Robinhood Chain

Choose Alchemy if…

  • You need to send transactions, run eth_call, or subscribe to raw blocks and logs.
  • You want token balances, transfers and webhooks on the same provider as your RPC.
  • You use account abstraction (Bundler, Gas Manager).

Choose Crius if…

  • You need decoded DEX trades, OHLCV candles, holders and launchpad data rather than raw logs.
  • You need internal-call based data (for example funding trails), which needs traces Alchemy doesn't serve on this chain.
  • You want point-in-time holders, PnL and honeypot checks without building an indexer.

Using both is common: an RPC or multi-chain provider for writes and other chains, Crius for Robinhood Chain market data.

Crius vs Alchemy: questions

Can I use Alchemy and Crius together?

Yes, and it's a common setup: an RPC provider such as Alchemy for writes, simulations and raw chain access, and Crius for indexed market data.

Does Crius provide an RPC endpoint?

No. Crius is a read API for indexed data; it doesn't relay transactions.

Does Alchemy support debug and trace on Robinhood Chain?

Alchemy lists the Debug API and Trace API as not currently supported on Robinhood Chain mainnet.
